Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Distribute malware, phishing links, or malicious code
Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Meta Policies
Circumvent Instagram's rate limiting or technical safeguards

Anti-Spam & Authenticity

All automated messages must be genuine, relevant, and compliant with Instagram's messaging policies. Users are responsible for:

Sending only to opted-in or engaged followers
Providing value in each message (no repetitive content)
Respecting user preferences and unsubscribe requests immediately
Maintaining accurate account information
Not creating fake accounts or using bots to artificially inflate engagement

Instagram may rate-limit or block accounts that trigger spam filters. JaldiDM is not responsible for actions taken by Instagram on your account.

Harassment & Abuse

We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech. Prohibited behavior includes:

Threatening or inciting violence against individuals or groups
Targeting individuals or groups with slurs or dehumanizing language
Persistent unwanted contact after repeated requests to stop
Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
Coordinated harassment or mass reporting campaigns

Manipulation & Fraud

You agree not to use JaldiDM for deceptive or fraudulent activities:

Creating fake followers, likes, or comments
Artificially inflating engagement metrics
Running scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent promotions
Misleading users about product authenticity or origin
Using automation to bypass Instagram's follower/like systems
Manipulating trending topics or hashtags artificially

Enforcement

JaldiDM reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy. We monitor for suspicious activity and may take action including account suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to authorities if illegal activity is detected. We may also comply with lawful requests from law enforcement or Instagram/Meta.

Account Suspension & Termination

Violations may result in:

Immediate suspension of automation features
Permanent account termination without refund
Removal of all stored data
Reporting to Instagram/Meta and law enforcement if appropriate

We determine violations based on user reports, automated monitoring, Instagram's actions, and manual review. Decisions are final and binding.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of JaldiDM constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
