By using JaldiDM, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI-powered Instagram automation services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

Service Description
JaldiDM provides AI-driven messaging automation and SaaS dashboard services for Meta platforms (Instagram). Our services include:
- Automated DM and comment reply workflows
- AI Intent training and deployment
- Analytics and performance tracking
- Instagram Business account integration via official Meta APIs

User Compliance
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging
- Harassment or abusive messaging
- Violating Meta's official Developer/API policies
- Impersonating other individuals or brands
- Using automation to manipulate engagement artificially

Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and connected Instagram Business account tokens. Any activities performed through your JaldiDM dashboard are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at info@jaldidm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

API & Third-Party Platforms
JaldiDM operates exclusively through official Meta APIs. We are not responsible for:
- Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by Meta due to user-side policy violations
- Changes in Meta's API policies that affect service functionality
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages

Subscription & Payments
Fees for our plans are billed as per the selected billing cycle:
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise
- Prices are subject to change with 30-days prior notice

Limitation of Liability
JaldiDM is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party API changes, server downtimes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the incident.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice. Users may also terminate their account at any time from dashboard settings. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted per our Data Deletion Policy within 7–10 business days.
