At JaldiDM, we believe in giving our users full control over their personal data. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems, the timeline for deletion, and any applicable exceptions.

Types of Data We Delete
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following from our active databases:
Personal Information
Name, email address, phone number
Business Details
Business info and API configurations
Messaging Logs
All stored messages and metadata
Automation Data
Cached workflows and bot configurations

How to Request Deletion
Users can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
Dashboard Settings
Log in to your JaldiDM account and use the "Delete Account" option under Profile Settings. Your request will be processed automatically.
Email Request
Send an email to info@jaldidm.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
Include your account email and username for faster processing.

Process & Timeline
Once a request is received, here is what happens:
Identity Verification
Day 1We verify your identity to ensure account security. You may be asked to confirm from your registered email.
Deletion Initiated
Day 2–3All personal and operational data is removed from our primary servers and active databases.
Backup Purge
Day 7–10Encrypted backup data is scheduled for overwrite. No new backups will be created.
Confirmation Sent
Day 10We send you a confirmation email once all data has been permanently deleted.

Exceptions
We may retain certain data even after a deletion request if required to:
- Comply with legal obligations or tax laws
- Resolve existing disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions
- Prevent fraud or maintain platform security

Third-Party Data
Since JaldiDM uses official Meta APIs (Instagram), deleting your data from JaldiDM does not delete your data from Meta's servers. You must manage your data on those platforms separately according to their respective privacy policies.
