• Professional Information: Business details, industry, account metadata
• Inferred Data: Preferences and characteristics inferred from your activity

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations:

• Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Inactive Account Data: Retained for 12 months after last login, then deleted
• Deleted Account: Permanently erased within 7–10 business days
• Backup/Archive Data: May be retained longer for disaster recovery (up to 30 days)
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years per tax and accounting requirements

Upon your deletion request, we will delete your personal information except where we have a legal right or obligation to retain it.

JaldiDM is not intended for users under 18 years old. Under California law, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact us immediately at info@jaldidm.com.
