CCPA & CPRA Overview
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) expands these protections with additional safeguards. JaldiDM complies with both laws.

As a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know: Request what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information (with certain exceptions)
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Limit Use: Limit our use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes
- Right to Non-Discrimination: Receive the same service and pricing even if you exercise your rights
- Right to Opt-Out of Automated Decision Making: Opt-out of certain automated decision-making
- Right to Authorize an Agent: Authorize an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf

Categories of Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, unique identifiers
- Commercial Information: Subscription plan, payment history, transaction records
- Internet/Device Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage patterns
- Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on IP address
- Professional Information: Business details, industry, account metadata
- Inferred Data: Preferences and characteristics inferred from your activity

Data Retention & Deletion Rights
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations:
- Active Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Inactive Account Data: Retained for 12 months after last login, then deleted
- Deleted Account: Permanently erased within 7–10 business days
- Backup/Archive Data: May be retained longer for disaster recovery (up to 30 days)
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years per tax and accounting requirements
Upon your deletion request, we will delete your personal information except where we have a legal right or obligation to retain it.

Children & Minors (CPRA)
JaldiDM is not intended for users under 18 years old. Under California law, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact us immediately at info@jaldidm.com.
