A comment is interest; a phone number is a lead. When the buyer shares their number in the DM, it is saved with their Instagram username in your Leads list. Matching the words buyers use
Buyers type “price”, “rate”, “kitne ka hai”, “details” and “info”. Add those as keywords; Smart Matching also catches word forms and longer sentences. If you'd rather reply to every comment on a listing, use the “Any comment” trigger on that reel instead.

Can each property reel send its own price and brochure?
Yes. Create one automation per property reel — its own price, location, brochure link and site-visit button. When someone comments on that reel, only that reel's automation replies, so a 2 BHK enquiry never gets the plot's details.
What about reels that don't have their own automation?
Add one general 'All posts' automation — for example, your current listings or a 'call us' message. It answers on every post that has no automation of its own. Reels with their own automation always answer with their own details.
Can it collect the buyer's phone number?
